Before recruiting, she spent a decade managing day-to-day operations for a professional practice. That experience taught her how to juggle competing priorities, communicate clearly, and keep complex schedules aligned — skills she uses every day in her searches.
In 2025, Kimberly partnered with JobsMight to offer a more responsive and tailored recruiting experience alongside a group of experienced peers.
The name GreenValley is a play on the Dutch meaning of “Groenendal” — a nod to her belief that strong connections are where growth begins.
